The hotel was delightful and fairly clean. Great staff provided professional services. - the location near a subway station was fantastic and favorable. - Very close to a subway station, allowing easy movement across the city.

The service was so superb. I was impressed when I returned to my room after a long day. The letters, the piece of note left on my bed, the nicely arrange room slippers etc. You may experience the surprised by yourself ;) everything in the room was just awesome! I would like to spend my day just in the room.

The location is not that convenient in terms of transportation. We took cab to travel around during our stay there.

Nice overall experience. Clean hotel with very polite staff and AMAZING location not far from night markets, Taipei 101 and department stores, Dan'an park, which is the equivalent of NYC "Central Park" to Taipei, and which was 5 minutes walk away.

The restaurant was amazing with a superb breakfast offering a variety of Asian dishes to choose from.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for visiting the area around Taipei 101. The room was clean, comfortable and well designed with all the amenities one could want.

The hotel staff are very friendly, hospitable and courteous. The internet is fast and free. The design of the lobby and the rooms, very contemporary.

My stay at Hotel Eclat Taipei was absolutely delightful. I stayed for a week for a business trip and was impressed by the spacious and quiet room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. The hotel's central location near two metro stations made it convenient for exploring the city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning views from my room. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this classy hotel and will definitely be returning.

The last night I stayed the air condition was spoilt and I had to temporarily move out to another at 4 am to sleep over.

My room came with a cozy seating area, a convenient writing table, and even had ironing facilities! 😃

The hotel has an excellent and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. All was super.

This hotel provides great value for money and attention to detail. The amenities in the room, such as the b&o stereo, Nepresso pods, and complimentary cell phone, are top quality and thoughtful. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond with their excellent service. They made the checkout process seamless and even offered cough drops when they noticed my cough. The personalized service made me feel truly welcomed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a nice neighborhood with plenty of local buses and a nearby MRT station. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

1- The cleaning need to be improved. 2- The location of the hotel is not that close for any of the city attractions.

It was a new technical hotel with many features I have never seen before such as a fully electrical toilet. Very good small hotel.
